1. How does this whole thing work ? |
Simple, you just select the products you want and pay for it online. During checkout you will select a pickup location, you will then be given a reference number that you give to recipient. Recipient will then go to pickup location with an ID and the reference number for pickup. |

2. Can items be delivered ? |
Currently we only offer delivery in the Accra metro area. We are working on expanding this, and hope to bring delivery to all areas in Ghana. |

3. Where can items be picked up ? |

4. When can items be picked up ? |
Normally after 24 hours items are ready for pickup. To protect our customers and curb fraud we check all orders. We may call you on the phone you registered with for order confirmation. Once item is ready, you will receive an email confirmation. If you provide an email for recipient, he/she will also receive an email that order is ready. Please make sure your phone number is always correct on your profile. |

5. Is my information secure ? |
Yes, we encrypt your information using very high level encryption methods. We use a premium level certificate of authentication which means the identity of our company has been verified by an accredited independent 3rd party. None of your registration information is shared with anyone, and your billing details such as card number, expiration date and cvv are never stored on our system. |
